Red Dune IT was established in 2010, however we have been offering computer support since 2001 and have helped a lot of businesses over the years.
We have been offering company computer support for 21 years with a deep commitment to designing the best possible support for the end user.
We take pride in offering knowledgeable IT help at reasonable costs.
Red Dune's offices are in Halesworth, Suffolk, and serves clients nationwide as well as in the local communities of Norwich, Halesworth, Beccles, Bungay, Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft, Diss, Southwold, and Loddon.

Chris Aldrich & Aden manage the IT, Chris Sutton (our web developer) also provides some support.
Roger is one of our Graphic Designers mainly involved with website design.

For a significant portion of my life, I have lived and worked close to the Waveney Valley.
In 2022, I will have provided IT support for 25 years.
Aden Rooney
IT Technician
Aden joined the team in 2018 with a wealth of experience in designing, constructing, and mantaining computer systems. Along with knowledge of cyber security and how to safeguard your systems.
Since then Aden has improved his knowledge of networks, VOIP systems and Azure services, and now handles all our IT support and security issues as well as the provisioning of new equipment.
Chris Sutton
First line support
Chris graduated from the UEA in 2021 and joined Red Dune that same year. He handles web development and dealing with clients' web-related issues.
